Do we need to replace our PTACs or fan coils?

Usually not. We fit smart thermostats & energy controls to the HVAC you have. If a unit can’t be controlled reliably, we tell you before anything is ordered.

How long does a retrofit take per room?

Most rooms are completed and back in service the same day wherever possible. We confirm timing after the survey.

Will guests be disturbed?

We work floor by floor around your occupancy and coordinate with your front desk and housekeeping.

Wired or wireless?

Wireless suits most retrofits because it avoids opening walls. We choose per room type.

Can a retrofit be part of a PIP or renovation?

Yes. Renovations and PIPs are the ideal time to add full GRMS, lighting integration for brand requirements and door lock integration.

Can you integrate with our PMS and BMS?
